Maluhia Country Ranches is an agricultural subdivision with 52 lots varying in size from two to over 20 acres that sits at between 1,000 and 1,500 feet above sea level on the eastern slopes of the West Maui mountains, eight and a half miles out of the center of Wailuku. The Kahakuloa Acres Private Water Company is permitted by the State of Hawai`i to pump up to 200,000 gallons of pristine well water each day to serve both the Maluhia Country Ranches and the neighboring 15-lot Cliffs at Kahakuloa subdivisions. Paved roads 22 feet wide run throughout the subdivision and all lots have underground utilities. |
